  Description: Datatype handler for BMP files
        Notes: This handler will only *read* BMP files.
               This version cannot handle compressed BMP files.
               It should be OK with OS2 bitmaps but I have no examples
               to play with.  If you find any files it cannot deal with
               please send them to me and I will try to fix it.
