An add-on for BeIDE under BeOS dr8.2 (and probably 8.3?)

When installed in /boot/develop/plugins/Editor_add_ons/ capper
gives the BeIDE editor a new menu option which makes all selected
text lower case (or if the menu item is selected with a shift key
also depressed, upper case.)

Source is included. This is freeware. If you use this add-on feel
free to let me hear how it works for you or of any add-ons you create.
