A number of channel server control protocols are required. These are
specified as:
- MIC-0] conference control system
channel server protocol
- MIC-1] remote codec control protocol
- MIC-2] network management protocol (not yet defined)
- MIC-3] local codec control protocol (initially defined as being
equivalent to MIC-1.)
- MIC-4] switch control protocol
- MIC-5] booking system
channel server protocol
(not yet defined)
- MIC-6] manual control interface (for diagnostic and debugging purposes)
