INTRODUCTION ------------ fametcl is a Tcl extension which gives the user access to almost all of the Fame CHLI functionality within Tcl. This code is almost entirely derived from work performed by Fernando Trias at the Board of Governors of the Federal Reserve System, Washington, DC.
