This soft implement the Naval ENIGMA Cipher Machine with 4 rotors.

The first password is used to create 10 rotors.
Each other password will create 10 new rotors.
The second password is used to select 4 the rotors in the 10,
to select the wires, the rotors shifts and the rotors start position.
