This is Apache 1.3.12 compiled with ModSSL 2.6.6 and OpenSSL 0.9.5a.

This works on my machine, but no gaurantees. It is a PITA to make
SSL work right on Win32 so don't give up to easily. REMEMBER to put
libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll somewhere in your path. It won't work
if you don't.
