Works quite well. Use FLOW_HARD for all flow control settings (in
`policy.h', use 19200 bps for sending and receiving. Set
modem-init to ATE1Q0V1 OK ATS7=60&D3\\Q3%C1\\N7 OK
(`mgetty.config'), and modem-handshake to AT\\Q3&S0
(`sendfax.config').
