png_92b_ID.txt.gz is an Internet Draft formatted version of
PNG 0.92 using PERL scripts (modified from tom lane's scripts)
and nroff.  Another approach, not used here, would be to use
the "linuxdoc" package.

Differs from PNG 0.92 only in the addition of section and
paragraph numbers, page numbers in the table of contents,
and reformatting to INTERNET Draft format.

The master html file only differs in the folding of some
long lines, addition of an INTERNET DRAFT header, and
deletion of the chapter numbers which are supplied by
the PERL scripts.  There is no change in the technical
content of the spec.
