This is WumPing ("DumPing for Windows").  It checks the validity and
spec compliance of PNG files and displays extensive information about
PNG files, therefore it is an invaluable tool for PNG application
developers.

This is a public beta release (version 0.5 beta).

Requirements:  386 or better CPU, Windows 3.1 or Windows95.

Suggested directory:  /pub/png/applications
(replaces DUMPING4.ZIP)
