However, there exist more commands in the menues than what is actually implemented, but Kermit-Perq will tell you whatever is not implemented. The author of this version of Kermit is currently not at NIT, and no further development is currently going on. (A good friend of him submitted these files.) The program was developed using POS version D6 (actually, D8, but U've never heard of that version anyway - it's a modified version created at the University of Tromsoe here in Norway) and version R2. However, there should be little trouble bringing Kermit-Perq up on a later version of POS (I've heard of people having done this, and they have good experience because the communication hardware / firmware is much improved on version R5 and later.)
