MgBar is smallest launch bar for Windows wich I never saw. It occupies 
a very little space on desktop and let user to store and launch his 100 
favourite programs. 

With Settings Panel user can choose his 100 programs to launch and set many options: from buttons color to MgBar position on desktop.

He can enable some functions, as Stay On Top or Authomatic resize of MgBar.

ALL PREVIOUS KNOWN BUGS SEEMS TO BE RESOLVED. HOWEVER, WHEN YOU ARE SETTING PROGRAMS I SUUGEST YOU TO SAVE YOUR WORK EVERY TIME YOU HAVE SET A SECTION.
