SIDPlayer V2.1 stereo-patch

These files will turn your regular SIDPlayer V2.1 into a stereo
player with panning and volume controls. 

Even if you don't like SIDPlayer, it might still be interesting to
download this archive, since it contains source for a rather nifty
slider-class.

Because Christian Bauer's copyright notice prevents me from redistributing
a complete version, this archive contains only diffs and additional sources.
To apply the patch to SIDPlayer, you will need the original SIDPlayer V2.1
archive, and the 'patch' and 'unzip' commands.

The procedure is as follows:
- make sure you have the 'patch' command, and that it is in your path.
- extract the original SIDPlayer V2.1 archive somewhere.
- extract the stereosid-archive into the SIDPlayer directory. You will be
  asked if you want to overwrite SIDPlayer.proj, which you do (trust me ;)
- apply the diffs by typing 'sh patch.sh' (you could also apply the
  diffs manually)
  WARNING: do not apply the diffs more than once !!!
- open the project and rebuild the SIDPlayer-executable.
- start SIDPlayer and enjoy.

If you like SIDPlayer stereo, please let me know.
You may also want to send a note to Christian Bauer asking him to include
the stereo-patches in future versions of SIDPlayer.
