  Description: Binary & source for a floating workspace-number
               indicator.
        Notes: Now that windows can be easily carried from one
               workspace to another without need for the
               Workspaces tool, I've found that I only use it
               to remind me which workspace I'm in.
               wsnote fills that need without taking up nearly
               as much real estate.

               1.1: implemented a few ideas from Tyler Riti:

                - Float option (aka 'always on top')
                - Remembers previous location in each
                  workspace.
