  Description:  Periodically checks for new and sends new e-mail
        Notes:  Fido is intended to be ran for ~/config/ppp-script
                so that periodic e-mail checking can be switched on
                when a PPP coneciton is up and off when it is down.
                Installation is accomplished with the included install
                script.
