  Description: File-copying command.
        Notes: BeCopy is a utility software to be used as a command
               line command.  It is equivalent to "cp".  But it
               copies not only the data part of a file, but also
               attributes of the file.  Options provided cover
               most of the options of "cp" and have the same meaning
               as those of "cp".

               Release 1.02 is a bug-fix version.
