Description:	Displays the ASCII-Characters

Notes:	While I was programming my first Be Application,
		I had to face the problem, that some ASCII-
		characters were not available on a german keymap.
		So - here is the solution: Just start ASCIIDrag and
		drag the characters to your IDE.
