Description:   Library of Random Number Generators
Notes: unpack in the usual way and type "make"
	   (if your compiler supports "-opt full" then you can turn this option
	    on in machine.defs - speeds things up quite a lot!)
       type "testing" to test all the generators (takes about 30 seconds)
