The following features were added in this release:

Support for Double VLAN (QinQ)

Several improvements and fixes were implemented. A few noteworthy ones are
mentioned below:

Prevent multiple promiscuous mode config messages
Fix possibility of stats request to block other virtchnl ops
Fix endless stats requests by clearing AQ required bit
Fix when CTAG and STAG offloads are requested simultaneously
Align USO/TSO check with recent upstream commits
Fix driver when unsupported offload command is requested
