Fix Cipherer to sub. a null password with encrypted "" during export. Encode method should never return anything but an encrypted string.

Fixed XStream flaw CVE-2013-7285 (#1063573)

Rebased to 5.5.0 GA

WAR file includes the following fixes:
1. Bug Requesting xercesImpl-2.10.0.jar to be added to
   JasperServer. We went ahead and included this version of the xercesImpl-
   2.10.0.jar file into the WAR. We tested it with JBOSS
   7.1 and its works on 4.7.1  cumulative WAR.
2. Case #29289 Slow dashboard performance - included in shipped
   war file. P.S. Bug is still in Open state, it will be closed
   after checked into main code line.

Here is the list of additional bug fixes that are included in
this WAR:
3. Bug 29327 - [Case #28248] Title mixed up between reports when
   scheduled.
4. Bug 26045 -  [case 24165, +1] scheduler doesn't allow email
   addrs with apostrophes.
5. Bug 30540 -  [Case 31694+2] Click Cube icon in an OLAP View
   causes error: Failed to compile stylesheet.
6. Bug 27733 -  [Case #25798 +1] Parameter-based queries in
   reports from AdHoc topics.
7. Bug 31002 -  [Case 28621] Adhoc report is empty with
   parameters used as fields.
8. Bug 30478 - [case #29756] filter 'is one of' result with
   Chrome error "call stack size exceeded" on medium dataset.
