Installing Quick Fitness Calculator is very simple, just:

1. Download and unzip the Quick Fitness Calculator from www.My-Health-And-Fitness.org
2. Make any changes you need to the script for branding purposes, extra functionality, etc. Note that the link which reads Powered by www.My-Health-And-Fitness.org must remain intact
3. Upload the quickcalc.php file and quickcalc/ folder to your web site.
4. Add some links to the page so your site visitors can find it.
