C++ Builder 3 includes the Microsoft's ATL (ver. 2.0) for use in
building various COM objects. Unfotunately, C++ Builder does not include
any documentation for the library (besides the header files). Microsoft
provides downloadable documentation at this site:

  http://www.microsoft.com/visualc/prodinfo/archives/download/atlinst.htm

Unfortunately, those docs are in MS Word format.

Fortunately, Kevin Scardina of Borland Developer Support has converted
Microsoft's docs into the help file which you can find in this zip file.

Please do not send me questions about ATL or the contents of this helpfile; I
am no expert. Probably the best place to look for answers would be Microsoft's
web site or borland.public.cppbuilder.activex.
